Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound

As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries and issues. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately addressing their concerns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide suitable resolutions, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed advice.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Any additional certifications or training in customer service will be an advantage.
