The Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our dynamic Contact Centre Inbound department. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, providing timely solutions, and fostering a collaborative team environment.- Proactively identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service approach.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to deliver accurate information.
- Document and record customer interactions accurately.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
