As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving issues related to our products and services.- Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide effective solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Offer accurate and timely information, ensuring a professional and friendly tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues.
- Document and track customer interactions, maintaining accurate records.
- Identify and escalate critical customer issues to the appropriate teams.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is an asset.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
