As a Sky Service Potential, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, offering assistance and resolving their inquiries and concerns. Your primary goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships, and fostering customer loyalty. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, contributing to the bank's overall success and growth.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate, timely, and friendly assistance to customers.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize, and offer effective solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to find the root cause.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quick response times and efficient issue resolution.
  • Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and bank policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the bank's brand and values.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
