As a Sky Service Product RM, you will be the face of our company, representing Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd to our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all. You will be a key player in maintaining our company's reputation and building long-lasting customer relationships.- Proactively identify customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
