  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading customer support teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
