As a Customer Service Executive in the Sky Service Product team, you will be the face of Kotak Mahindra Bank, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. Your role is integral to ensuring a positive customer experience and upholding the bank's reputation.

• Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
