Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic storyteller who can turn brands into conversations and conversations into communities. If you live at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and analytics, this role is your stage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
• Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries in the brand voice

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for brands
• Strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a bonus
• Ability to multitask, plan calendars, and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking paired with data-driven decision-making
