Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our and our clients’ social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling multiple brand accounts, creating engaging content, and executing social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, hashtags)
• Coordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teams for campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
• Ensure brand tone, consistency, and quality across all platforms

Requirements & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns and analytics
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
