Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office (C10, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201305). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that align with our brand’s vision and business goals. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling posts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong content creation and writing skills for engaging posts and campaigns.
• Ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the audience effectively.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns is a bonus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
