Manage multiple client social media accounts professionally
Create & post daily social media content (Reels, Posts, Stories, Banners)
Plan monthly content calendars for each client
Engage with customer comments, DM inquiries & drive leads
Research competitors & trends to bring new creative ideas
Monitor analytics for reach, engagement & report to clients
Coordinate with design, ads & marketplace teams for brand consistency
Track client requirements & ensure timely execution
