📌 Job Description – Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive (Graphic Designer + Content Creator)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and multi-skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our brand’s online presence, create engaging content, design marketing creatives, and run performance-driven digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage daily posting, captions, reels, stories, and community engagement.
• Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically.
• Monitor trends and create trending content to boost brand visibility.

2. Digital Marketing & Ads Management

• Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Optimize ads for leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Track campaign performance through analytics tools.
• Improve website traffic and lead flow through SEO/SEM.

3. Graphic Designing

• Design banners, posters, reels, product creatives, social media graphics, brochures, etc.
• Create visually appealing layouts maintaining brand identity.
• Basic photo editing, product retouching, and template creation.
• Design creatives for digital ads and email marketing.

4. Content Creation

• Write engaging captions, taglines, ad copy, and product descriptions.
• Create scripts and concepts for reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Develop creative content ideas for campaigns and brand promotions.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Visit to the sites and create content, edit videos.

5. Website & Online Presence Management

• Update product listings, offers, banners, and landing pages.
• Implement basic SEO: keywords, meta tags, blogs.
• Coordinate with sales team to align marketing with business goals.

🔹 Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (must know at least Canva professionally)
• Video editing (CapCut / Premiere / VN – basic to intermediate)
• Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager
• Knowledge of SEO & keyword research
• Strong command over social media trends and analytics

Soft Skills:

• Creativity & attention to detail
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving & quick decision-making
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

🔹 Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Graphic Design / Any Graduate
• Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
