• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging, platform-specific content
• Identify emerging trends and adapt them to fit brand identity

Content Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters
• Brief and oversee content shoots (in-house or with creators)
• Optimize captions, hooks, and CTAs for engagement and conversions

Community & Growth Management

• Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments strategically
• Build and nurture online brand community
• Track trends to increase organic reach and audience growth

Influencer & Collaboration Management

• Identify relevant creators and brand collaborators
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting
• Ensure alignment between influencer content and brand messaging

Analytics & Performance

• Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, conversions, follower growth)
• Generate monthly performance reports
• Suggest data-backed improvements for content and campaigns
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or brand coordination
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Understanding of performance marketing basics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of digital culture
