Role Overview:As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and growing multiple entertainment and celebrity-focused social media pages. You will handle everything from content planning to trend spotting — turning Bollywood moments into viral posts.

Key Responsibilities:🎥 Content Creation & Management:

• Plan and manage daily posts, reels, and stories across multiple celebrity/entertainment pages.
• Write catchy and trendy captions (in English & Hindi mix).
• Coordinate with editors and graphic designers for visuals and reels.

🔥 Trend Spotting:

• Stay updated on Bollywood news, paparazzi moments, and viral trends.
• Suggest and create content based on current celebrity happenings and events.

📈 Page Growth & Engagement:

• Increase followers, engagement, and reach organically.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and build strong page communities.
• Use trending hashtags and strategies for maximum visibility.

💼 Campaigns & Collaborations:

• Assist in executing brand and movie promotions on social media.
• Work with PR teams, influencer partners, and celebrity managers.
• Track performance of each campaign and provide detailed reports.

📊 Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor performance using Meta Insights, Creator Studio, or similar tools.
• Suggest content improvements based on engagement metrics.
• Required Skills:Excellent understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Strong sense of Bollywood and entertainment trends.
• Creative caption writing skills (Hindi + English mix preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
• Good communication & time management skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite / scheduling tools is a plus.
• Good to Have:Experience managing celebrity or influencer pages.
• Familiarity with brand collaborations, paid promotions, and PR tie-ups.
• Interest in Bollywood, fashion, and entertainment updates.
