Soft Skills Trainer

we are hiring a Sr. Trainer with 3+ years of experience. 

Sr. Trainer who is comfortable working in onsite, US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) at our Noida office.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to improve developers' soft skills.

- Develop and deliver training programs focused on communication, persuasion, eye contact, intonation, and body language.

- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Create customized development plans for software developers to enhance their interview performance and professional interactions.

- Collaborate with technical trainers and HR to integrate soft skills training into overall development programs.

- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in soft skills coaching and incorporate them into training programs.

- Organize and facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and mock interviews.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a soft skills coach, trainer, or similar role.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the challenges faced by software developers.

- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance.

- Experience in creating and delivering engaging training programs.

- Familiarity with various coaching techniques and methodologies.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in coaching or a related discipline.

- Experience working with software developers or in a tech environment.

- Knowledge of interview techniques and best practices.

Shift time 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
