Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Ensure the quality of software solutions by conducting thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
