Solar PV Installer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Solar PV Installer to join our dedicated team in transforming energy solutions.

In this role, you will assist in the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems, contributing to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions to our customers.

• Responsibilities: Assist in the installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties under the guidance of senior installers.
• Support the maintenance and repair of existing solar installations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Participate in site assessments to determine the best installation practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

• Experience or coursework related to renewable energy, electrical work, or construction.
