Soldering/SMT Operator

Qualification: 10th Pass with ITI (Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year or Above

Salary: 22K CTC (18k_Inhand)

1. Soldering Operator
2. SMT Operator
3. MetLab Operator – Leakage Testing
4. MetLab Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and machine soldering of electronic components.
• Ensure proper solder joints as per quality standards.
• Inspect soldered assemblies for defects.
• Rework and repair defective solder joints.
• Follow ESD and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards.
• Teamwork and discipline in the shop floor environment.
