Job Description

Sr. Customer Support -cum- Verification Executive

(Transaction/payments/cyber fraud/Fraud detection/Anti-Money laundering)

Location: Noida Sector 3

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Experience :Min 1 Year of Experience in transaction monitoring


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
  • Monitor transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activity.
  • Conduct KYC checks and verify customer documents.
  • Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of support, monitoring, and verification activities


Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business or related field.
  • Experienced with good understanding & exposure of this profile.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Hands on experience in KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
