Job Description
Sr. Customer Support -cum- Verification Executive
(Transaction/payments/cyber fraud/Fraud detection/Anti-Money laundering)
Location: Noida Sector 3
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Experience :Min 1 Year of Experience in transaction monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
- Monitor transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activity.
- Conduct KYC checks and verify customer documents.
- Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of support, monitoring, and verification activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business or related field.
- Experienced with good understanding & exposure of this profile.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Hands on experience in KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
