Job Title: Project Manager 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage resources, coordinate teams, track progress, and ensure that project goals are met within scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Plan, initiate, and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•    Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
•    Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
•    Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
•    Monitor and report project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
•    Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
•    Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
•    Utilize project management tool Azure Devops for tracking and reporting and Power BI for dashboard preparation.
•    Good understanding about Scrum and agile.
•    Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement areas.
•    Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
