Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping/Steward to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across dining areas, public spaces, and washrooms. The role ensures table readiness, effective waste management, and strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Dining & Public Area Cleanliness.

Maintain spotless floors, tables, windows, entrance, and service areas at all times.

Ensure dining areas are neat, clean, and presentable throughout operating hours.

-Table Readiness & Presentation.

Clean, reset, and prepare tables promptly after guest use.

Maintain polished cutlery, crockery, and glassware as per defined standards.

-Washroom Hygiene & Waste Management.

Keep washrooms clean, odour-free, and fully stocked with tissues and handwash.

Conduct hourly washroom checks and maintain cleaning records.

Ensure timely removal of dry and wet waste.

Clean waste bins and follow proper waste disposal procedures.

-Safety & Hygiene Compliance.

Strictly follow hygiene, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.

Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning tasks.

Perform weekly deep-cleaning as per checklist.

Monitor cleaning supplies and inform management for timely replenishment.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene practices.

Ability to follow cleaning checklists and instructions.

Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.

Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred (not mandatory).
