Job Description
Table Maintenance: Promptly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils; wipe down tables and chairs, and reset for new guests.
Guest Service: Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide service support (e.g., refilling water, delivering bread).
Station Setup & Sanitation: Keep waiter stations stocked with utensils, napkins, and condiments. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for a spotless environment.
Support Roles: Assist service staff with delivering food/beverages and transporting used linen to the laundry area.
Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing tasks, including cleaning dining areas, polishing silver, and organizing side stations.
