Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Stone Grinding Operator to operate traditional stone grinding (chakki) machines for producing fresh, high-quality flour. The role requires attention to grain quality, hygiene standards, and consistency in milling, ensuring customers receive freshly milled flour as per their selected grains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage stone grinding (chakki) machines efficiently
• Clean, inspect, and prepare grains before milling
• Grind wheat and multigrain combinations as per customer orders
• Ensure correct texture, fineness, and consistency of flour
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines and work area
• Perform basic machine checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Monitor temperature during grinding to retain nutrition
• Follow food safety and quality standards at all times
• Pack flour properly with correct labeling
• Report machine issues or quality concerns immediately

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in stone grinding / flour milling preferred
• Basic understanding of different grains (wheat, multigrain, millets, etc.)
• Ability to follow order instructions accurately
• Physically fit to handle grains and operate machinery
• Basic discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
• Willingness to work early morning or flexible shifts
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety is a plus
