- Receive spare parts and verify quantity & quality as per invoice.
- Maintain proper stock records (manual & computerized).
- Ensure correct labeling, binning, and categorization of parts.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform purchase department.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Identify spare parts correctly by part number, model, or description.
- Issue parts against approved requisition or sales order.
