Store Helper

We are looking for a reliable and active Store Helper to support daily operations at our PETSTREET Sector 78 store. The role involves assisting with store upkeep, stock handling, basic customer support, and helping the grooming & retail teams whenever required.

Key Responsibilities - Store Operations

• Keep the store clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
• Assist in opening and closing the store
• Arrange shelves, racks, and product displays

Inventory & Stock Support

• Help in unloading, loading, and arranging stock
• Assist in stock counting and basic inventory checks
• Support inter-store stock movement when required

Customer Assistance

• Help customers with basic queries and product location
• Carry products for customers when needed
• Support delivery packing and handovers

Grooming & Pet Support (Basic)

• Assist groomers with cleaning, towel prep, and workspace setup
• Help in handling pets under staff supervision
• Clean grooming and pet areas as per hygiene standards

Other Duties

• Run small errands (bank, courier, local vendor, etc.)
• Follow instructions from Store Manager and senior staff
• Support during busy hours, weekends, and events
• Skills & RequirementsBasic understanding of retail work (training will be provided)
• Comfortable working around dogs and pets
• Physically fit (lifting, standing for long hours)
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)Prior experience in retail / pet store / warehouse
