Store Incharge

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Incharge to manage and optimize our stock operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in inventory control within a trading or supply-chain-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and movements

Monitor inward & outward material flow and ensure timely updates

Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics, Sales, and Accounts departments

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and fast-moving inventory

Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Prepare inventory reports and MIS for management review

Ensure compliance with internal inventory control procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field

Proven experience in inventory/warehouse management

Knowledge of Tally systems, Excel, and inventory software

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Experience in a trading company will be an added advantage
