Store Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Jewellery Store Manager to handle day-to-day store operations, inventory management, billing, and customer transactions. The candidate should have experience working in a jewellery showroom and must know how to operate MMI Software for stock and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations smoothly.

Handle inventory and stock management using MMI software.

Maintain accurate records of silver jewellery, coins, and other stock items.

Generate invoices and billing for customer purchases.

Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and other payment modes.

Maintain stock entries, purchase records, and sales records.

Ensure proper display and organization of jewellery items.

Coordinate with the owner for stock updates and reporting.

Assist customers and maintain a professional showroom environment.

Ensure safety and accountability of store inventory and valuables.

Requirements

Experience working in a jewellery showroom preferred.

Knowledge of MMI software or jewellery inventory software.

Ability to handle billing, invoicing, and payment systems.

Basic knowledge of stock management and jewellery handling.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as Jewellery Store Manager / Store Executive.

Knowledge of silver jewellery products and coins.

Experience managing daily sales and inventory reports.
