Key Responsibilities:

1.Support the planning, execution, and optimization of projects by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

2.Actively manage and resolve urgent issues, stepping in for hands-on problem-solving and fire-fighting when required.

3.Take ownership of day-to-day operational and coordination tasks to free up leadership bandwidth.

4.Liaise with professors and academic professionals to initiate and manage podcast collaboration opportunities.

5.Assist in identifying and supporting business growth and development initiatives, including research, outreach, and coordination.
