Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable admissions counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students in exploring study abroad opportunities, helping them navigate the admissions process and make the best choices for their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Student Consultation: Call students and their families to discuss study abroad options, academic programs, and institutions.

-Counseling Services: Guide course selection, application procedures, and the necessary documentation required for studying abroad.

-University Research: Stay updated on various universities and programs worldwide, understanding their admission requirements and deadlines.

-Application Support: Assist students in preparing application materials, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and resumes.

-Visa Information: Provide information about student visas and help students understand the application process.

-Pre-departure Guidance: Offer advice on what students need to prepare before leaving, including accommodation, travel arrangements, and cultural adjustment.

-Follow-up Services: Check in with students after their application submissions to address any concerns and ensure smooth transitions.

-Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct informational workshops and seminars about studying abroad opportunities and application processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education abroad programs is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Desired Skills:

- Understanding of different education systems and cultural differences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of online application platforms.

- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
