Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, optimize processes, and ensure smooth and cost-effective material flow. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement, supplier management, demand forecasting, and process improvement.

Key Roles &

responsibilities1.      Develop and execute supply chain strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and meet business objectives.

2.      Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships, ensuring optimal stock levels and favourable contract terms.

3.      Forecast demand with internal teams and align supply plans for smooth operations.

4.      Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify and implement process improvements, and resolve operational gaps by leveraging strong analytical skills.

5.      Prepare and analyze MIS reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

6.      Collaborate across functions to resolve supply issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Preferred candidate profile

1.      Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.

2.      5–8 years of experience in supply chain or related functions and similar capacity.

3.      Strong expertise in procurement, inventory planning, logistics, and vendor management.

4.      Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

5.      Proficient in supply chain/ERP systems.

6.      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
