The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s current and future hiring needs. This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure quality and timely hires.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and contribute to team goals

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Min 12th Pass
• Min 1 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of HR tools, ATS, and MS Excel is a plus
