• What you will doSpeak with candidates professionally and confidently
• Evaluate communication skills and suitability for roles
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth follow-ups
• Manage candidate data and recruiting pipelines
• Work closely with founders and senior team members
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain Excel/Sheets logs
• What we’re looking for Polished English communication over phone & email
• Strong interpersonal and conversation skills
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• High ownership and willingness to learn
• Ability to think, not just follow scripts

Prior experience in recruitment / BPO voice process is a plus, not a requirement.
