Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment process. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
• Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
