Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Third Eye Productions Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing creative agency and production house based in Noida.

This role is focused on hiring, screening, and building a strong team across creative, marketing, and tech roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from platforms like Apna, LinkedIn, Instagram & other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews (communication, personality, basic skills)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with management
• Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring tracker
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
• Understand hiring needs for roles like videographer, editor, designer, marketing, etc.

🧠 

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / hiring / HR
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Smart, proactive and fast learner
• Interest in creative/media/marketing industry
• Ability to judge candidate personality and communication
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, and job platforms

• Experience hiring for creative roles (video editor, designer, etc.)
• Familiar with LinkedIn hiring / Instagram sourcing
• Startup or agency experience
