• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
• Purchase & sales ledger maintenance
• Party & vendor ledger reconciliation
• Monthly Trial Balance, P&L support
• Petty cash handling
• 2. Billing Responsibilities Client RA Bills & Final Bills preparation
• GST invoices as per construction/interior contracts
• Purchase bills entry & verification
• Vendor bill checking and payment follow-up
• Debit note / Credit note preparation
• 3. GST, ESI & PF Work GST return preparation:

GST input credit reconciliation

• PF & ESI employee registration
• Monthly PF & ESI calculation
• Challan generation & online payment
• PF & ESI monthly returns filing
• 4. Payroll & SalarySalary calculation (attendance based)
• PF, ESI, TDS deduction
• Payslip preparation
• Staff & site labour payment records
• 5. Construction / Interior Specific WorkSite-wise expense tracking
• Contractor & labour bills verification
• Material purchase tracking
• Job-wise costing support
• Advance & retention money tracking
