Job Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities 1. Installation & Commissioning • Install and configure UPS systems at client sites • Ensure proper system integration and initial performance testing 2. Maintenance & Servicing • Perform routine preventive maintenance on UPS systems • Troubleshoot and repair faults, including issues with batteries, inverters, and control boards 3. Testing & Diagnostics • Conduct system load testing and diagnostic evaluations 4. Battery Management • Check battery health and replace faulty units • Monitor and calibrate battery charging systems 5. Documentation • Maintain detailed service records and technical reports • Provide service documentation to clients and internal departments Customer Interaction 6. Client Support & Communication • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve issues • Provide on-site technical support and guidance 7. Training & Handover • Train clients on proper UPS usage and safety • Ensure complete handover after installation or repair Field Work 8. On-Site Visits • Travel to customer sites for scheduled service or emergency support • Remain on-call for urgent breakdowns or power failures Any Specific Industry: Power Electronics / UPS Systems / Electrical Servicing (preferred)
