Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader β EdTech SalesLocation: Noida
Industry: EdTech / Online Education
Experience: 4+ Years in Sales (Minimum 1β2 years in Team Handling)
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader β EdTech Sales to lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring the team, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors / Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead conversion, and performance of team members.
- Train and guide team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and objection handling.
- Ensure proper lead management and follow-up through CRM.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support team members in closing high-value leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversions.
- Maintain reports on team performance and submit them to management.
- Key RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech / Education Sales.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
