Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader – EdTech SalesLocation: Noida

Industry: EdTech / Online Education

Experience: 4+ Years in Sales (Minimum 1–2 years in Team Handling)

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader – EdTech Sales to lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring the team, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors / Sales Executives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor daily calling activities, lead conversion, and performance of team members.
  • Train and guide team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and objection handling.
  • Ensure proper lead management and follow-up through CRM.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Support team members in closing high-value leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversions.
  • Maintain reports on team performance and submit them to management.
  • Key RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech / Education Sales.
  • Team handling experience is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
