Job Title: Team Leader – Teleloan Sales

Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to manage and motivate a telecalling team focused on loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement, coaching team members, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and manage a team of telecallers handling loan sales (personal loans, business loans, etc.)
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team achievement
• Monitor calls and provide real-time feedback to improve conversion rates
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, call quality, TAT, and productivity
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution
• Maintain reports on team performance and share insights with management
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for smooth processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in tele sales/loan sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
