Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (TL/ATL in PL or OD sales)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AROs for Personal Loan & Overdraft products.
• Drive daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
• Train, guide & motivate team members to improve performance.
• Handle customer queries, eligibility checks & documentation.
• Monitor lead flow, conversion ratios, and productivity.
• Maintain MIS reports and ensure KYC & compliance standards.
• Coordinate with banks/DSAs for file login and disbursement.
• Prefer candidates who can bring a team along.

• Strong knowledge of PL/OD products.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
