Job Description – Personal Loan Sales Team Leader

We are hiring an experienced Personal Loan Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team responsible for generating and closing personal loan business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives
• Drive personal loan sales through direct and channel-based sourcing
• Assign targets, monitor daily performance, and ensure achievement of monthly goals
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversions
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value cases
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and coordination with banks/NBFCs
• Maintain MIS reports and track sales performance
• Required Profile:

Proven experience in Personal Loan sales (Bank/NBFC/DSA)

• Prior experience as a Team Leader is mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of loan products, documentation, and processes
• Qualification:

Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered with relevant experience)
