Job Title: Team Lead – Personal Loan & OD Sales

Location: Noida
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Personal Loan/Overdraft Sales (Preferably Bajaj OD Sales)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Personal Loan/Overdraft Sales, with mandatory exposure to Bajaj OD.
Proven leadership experience in managing a sales team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
