Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 8–10 sales executives to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
• Performance Management: Monitor daily KPIs (KPIs, such as application count, conversion rates, and volume) and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisitions, identify prospective clients, and increase market penetration.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all loan applications adhere to regulatory, KYC, and internal bank/NBFC policies.
• Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with internal credit/operations teams and banking partners for fast-tracking approvals and disbursements.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints professionally. 

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in sales, specifically handling a team within a bank or NBFC (personal loan experience highly preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), leadership, target-driven mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of personal loan products and credit policies.
