Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team, ensure daily targets are met, and maintain high performance standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support team members in daily tasks
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback
• Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues
• Maintain reports and track productivity metrics
• Ensure quality standards and company policies are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a team handling role
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Salary: ₹ 25k - 40k
