Job Summary

VDS Finance Solution is seeking a result-oriented Team Leader (TL) to manage and guide a team of sales executives/AROs. The TL will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, team members, and banks/NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of sales executives/AROs

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets

Support team members in lead conversion and deal closure

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve productivity

Maintain discipline and follow company policies

Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation preferred

1 to 2 years of experience in loan sales/BFSI with team handling exposure

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good understanding of loan products and sales process

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
