Job SummaryBN Ayurveda is looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide a team working on Ayurvedic medicines for Mens Wellness Medicine. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, daily operations, target achievement, and maintaining quality communication with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the assigned team to achieve daily and monthly targets

• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
• 
  
• Handle escalation cases and support team members when required
• 
  
• Ensure proper knowledge and explanation of Ayurvedic medicines
• 
  
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and work ethics within the team
• 
  
• Coordinate with management regarding reports, performance, and improvements
• 
  
• Train new team members about products, process, and company policies
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Handle customer calls and inquiries related to Mens Wellness Medicine( Ayurvedic medicines)
• 
  
• Perform sales activities and guide customers regarding products and treatment plans

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum experience as Team Leader / Senior Executive (preferably in Ayurveda, healthcare, or sales domain)

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Mens Wellness Medicine(Ayurvedic Medicines)

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage)
