Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Team ManagementRecruit, train & manage a team of Relationship Managers / Telecallers.
- Set daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance & ensure target achievement.
- Conduct daily sales meetings & performance reviews.
- 2️⃣ Business DevelopmentDrive Personal Loan, Business Loan & Professional Loan sourcing.
- Generate business through:
- Cold Calling
- Warm Leads
- Channel Partners
- Digital Leads
- Maintain strong relationships with banks & NBFCs.
- 3️⃣ Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Ensure team productivity ratio.
- Maintain login-to-disbursement conversion.
- 4️⃣ Quality & ComplianceEnsure proper documentation & KYC process.
- Maintain portfolio quality.
- Avoid rejection through proper customer profiling.
- 5️⃣ Reporting & MISMaintain daily sales tracker.
