Job Description
Process: CEC Officer - Inbound Voice Process (On Payroll)
Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manage
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant banking products
- Deliver high standards of communication & service ethics
Requirement:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- 1-2 years experience preferred; Min. 6 months in customer service / call center role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong listening skills & customer orientation
Work Details:
- Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female Shift Window: Between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Week Offs: 8 rotational offs/month
- Shift Duration: 9 hours including breaks
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: Up to ₹9 LPA - ₹10 LPA (based on Experience)
