Location: Noida Sector 63

Salary: 17K-22K

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the domestic operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks and monitor daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments for service delivery.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Maintain effective communication between management and the team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
