Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team of real estate sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, and ensuring excellent client service in property transactions.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers
• Assign targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and site visits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure CRM updates and accurate reporting
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (minimum 4 year in team handling)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
