Job Description:Ministry of Property is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales who can join with an existing team of 5–6 sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, real estate sales experience, and the ability to drive team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–6 sales executives
• Generate and assign leads to the team and ensure timely follow-ups
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews
• Handle key clients and close high-value deals
• Provide training, guidance, and on-field support to team members
• Coordinate site visits and ensure smooth client experience
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

Requirements:

• Must bring an existing team of at least 5–6 members
• Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with team handling ability
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
